Vertical and Horizontal Wine Tasting Events
Demonstrate the More Subtle Differences in Wine.

Anderson's Conn Valley Vineyards regularly invites wine lovers to taste, compare and enjoy their fine selections of wines.
     Our wine tasting events come in two basic formats - vertical and horizontal. During the course of the year we attend special tasting events, wine festivals and seminars around the country.
     Vertical tasting events allow you to taste the same varietal over the course of many vintages. For example, during a vertical tasting of our Cabernet Sauvignon you might taste a 1987, 1992, 1997, 2000, and a 2001.
     Should you attend a horizontal tasting, you'll be able to taste most of our different varietals. In one tasting, for example, you might try our Pinot Noir, Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, Éloge, Chardonnay and Late Harvest.
